When Dentures Need to Fit on Day One, Lab Precision Determines Patient Success

A new denture that is loose on insertion is not a fit issue — it is a laboratory accuracy failure. The most common complaint from denture patients is not aesthetics; it is discomfort from a poorly fitting base. At iCare Lab, we understand that denture fit is everything. We pour and survey every model properly. We set teeth to the shade and mould you specify. We process in high-impact acrylic for fracture resistance. We hand-finish every denture to a smooth, comfortable surface. Your patient sits down in the fit chair and we place a denture that is immediately comfortable, not a restoration that requires three adjustment appointments before it feels right.

How It Works

Your Removable Prosthetic Case — Step by Step

From the moment you send your denture case to the moment the restoration arrives at your practice — here’s exactly what happens at iCare Lab.

Submit Your Case

Post impressions (primary and secondary for complete dentures), bite registration, shade and mould prescription, and any clinical notes. For NHS cases, include Band 3 prescription reference. Your named technician reviews on receipt and flags any concerns within 24 hours.

Model Preparation & Survey

Technician pours impressions on articulator, surveys the model, identifies clasping positions and rest seats, and designs the denture to your prescription. For acrylic cases, teeth are set in wax — a try-in stage can be provided if requested.

Process, Finish & Polish

Denture is flask-processed, de-flasked, trimmed, and hand-polished to a smooth, comfortable finish. Bite contacts verified. Relines and repairs completed in-lab with clinical-quality materials.

Delivered in 7 Days

Quality-inspected and packaged. Delivered to your practice — or collected — within 7 working days for new dentures. Relines and repairs typically 3–5 working days. Same-day express repair available; contact your technician.
