Digital Workflow & CAD/CAM Services

Digital Workflow Solutions for Every Restoration Type

From single digital crowns to full-mouth complex restorations, every milled restoration is engineered for clinical precision, aesthetic excellence, and reliable first-time fit.

Digital Crown Milling (Single Units)

Single-unit crowns designed in EXOCAD from your IOS scan, milled from zirconia, composite, or other milling-compatible materials, hand-finished, and trialed on the digital model before dispatch. Occlusal contacts verified against your bite registration. Available for posterior and anterior cases.

Digital Bridge Milling (Multi-Unit)

Multi-unit fixed bridges designed and milled from single blocks of material for maximum strength. Digital articulation ensures balanced occlusal contacts across the entire bridge. Milled precision eliminates the hand-carving variability of conventional lab work. Three- to six-unit bridges available.

Digital Smile Design & Preview

Digital smile planning and tooth arrangement preview using your patient's IOS scan and clinical photograph. The design is rendered as a visual preview showing the planned tooth position, mould, shade, and contour. Patient approves the design before laboratory fabrication — Helping to reduce remake risk. Available as a standalone service or included with veneer orders.

CAD/CAM 3D Printed Surgical Guides

Surgical guides for implant placement designed from your patient's IOS scan and CBCT data. CAD/CAM-designed tooth-borne, mucosa-borne, or bone-borne guides. 3D printed in durable resin or milled in acrylic. Digital planning and surgical guides can support accurate implant positioning when used with appropriate clinical assessment and records.

How it Works

Your Digital Case — Step by Step

Here is what happens from the moment you send your intraoral scan to the delivery of the finished restoration.

Send Your Digital Scan

Capture your patient's teeth using any major IOS system (iTero, Medit, 3Shape, Carestream, Sirona, etc.). Export the scan file (STL, OBJ, or proprietary format) and email to your named technician.

Digital Design & Approval

Your technician designs the restoration in EXOCAD, imports your bite registration, verifies occlusal contacts digitally, and checks emergence angles.

Precision Milling & Hand-Finishing

CAD/CAM equipment mills the restoration to micron accuracy. Hand-finishing, staining, glazing, and polishing completed in-house. Restoration trialed on the digital model — and on the implant replica if applicable — to verify fit before packaging.

Delivered in 5–7 Days

Quality-inspected and packaged. Delivered to your practice — or collected — within 5–7 working days. Digital cases are faster than conventional because milling eliminates hand-carving time.
