Thermoplastic nylon flexible dentures for patients seeking metal-free, aesthetic removable prosthetics. Available in six gingival clasp shades for natural blending. Lightweight and comfortable. Post impressions (primary and secondary for complete dentures), bite registration, shade and mould prescription, and any clinical notes. For NHS cases, include Band 3 prescription reference. Your named technician reviews on receipt and flags any concerns within 24 hours.
Technician pours impressions on articulator, surveys the model, identifies clasping positions and rest seats, and designs the denture to your prescription. For acrylic cases, teeth are set in wax — a try-in stage can be provided if requested.
