Terms & Conditions

Acceptance and Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when a dental practice or other professional customer orders dental laboratory services from ICARE LAB LTD, trading as iCare Lab. They also govern permitted use of our website. An order constitutes an offer to purchase services. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order in writing or begin the work, whichever occurs first. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will not apply retrospectively to an order already accepted unless agreed in writing or required by law. The version applying to an order is the version in force when that order is accepted.
